Need a new subscription but it won't let me order one

Hi,

I am trying to purchase a new broadband subscription. I used to have one but when my housemate moved out a few months ago they took the box with them. Now when I try to order one it won't let me as it says I already have an account. But when I have tried to call I can't get though as it does not accociate my number with an account.

Can someone from Sky please let me know a way of getting in contact with someone?

Even though you might not have the broadband hub, did you actually cancel because if not the broadband would still be active on your line so you would either need to get the hub back or speak to Sky about getting a replacement one sent out.

Also what box did they  take as they will have the same problem  as the equipment  unless it's  a sky glass tv belongs to sky and is registered  at that address and would have to be returned  if you cancel  your  broadband  with sky
