Broadband installation

My initial broadband installation appointment was cancelled or something I need to reschedule it, do I have to ring? the app and website sends me around in circles when I try to reschedule. I didn't cancel the appointment I just want the soonest available appointment

I called and they spoofed me that the line was still occupied by Virgin Media, when I contacted Virgin they said it wasn't. And when i rang Sky back again they said my order has been cancelled even though my tv was installed in between so I had to agree to a new contract. Not a great start
