My daughter has been without internet for over 14 days .
my daughters internet has been down for nearly 12 days engerers out new router and still not sorted. Staff really upsetting her .She has no lights and no tv no ring doorbell either she has a 1 year old and a 7 year old and sky are being no help telling her she needs to stay in as they will be phoning her but they dont.

Sky will no doubt have passed the issue to Openreach who will be investigating this.
On a side note the below link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.

If your daughter has a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when she notified Sky of the fault, she will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on her Sky account (new rates apply from 01/04/24 of £9.76 per day).
