Internet on sky TV not connected

Sky TV saying its not attached to Internet When we go into settings it asks us to press a symbol button the router but no such button exists

@Curlywurly123 assume you are being asked to press the wps  button to connect which every Sky hub has butvthey can be hard to see. On both of the black  and whitr upright type the burron is onnthe right hand edge in the groove.
