Broadband fault

Help needed please. Sky broadband router keeps dropping out. Keep getting two orange lights, Internet and voice .nearly got to speak to a human tonight but after being told atleast a 35 minute wait had call ended after 25 minutes by sky .how are you supposed to get Help
