Broadband dropping

Hi my broadband is constantly dropping however when you test the speed it always says everything is ok. I need someone to monitor this across a period of time.

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

 

The service checker doesn't necessarily disclose a problem immediately and there can be up to an hours delay before it picks up a lost connection which is why we tend to advise on trying it again later.
