Apps stop streaming after a couple of minutes after full fibre installation?

We got full fibre installed on 22nd December and ever since our sky Q boxes keep disconnecting and also our apps stop streaming after a couple of mins and boxes lose network connection. I've tried turning the Wi-Fi off on both boxes and using an Ethernet cable with the main box but the apps still stop streaming after a couple of mins. I think I may need an engineer out.
