Broadband terrible
My sky broadband internet is awful. Signal randomly just drops multiple times a day . I am already on there best package for my area in Curdworth, north Warwickshire I work from home and this is really affecting my job . I'll be on a call to a customer and the connection just drops .
i keep doing the broadband checker and always says there's a problem .
yet sky just say that I'm still getting above the 40mbps that was guaranteed .
But that is an average over the day .
I can't keep having the connection drop to nothing randomly , then at points get up to 60mbps just to get the average up.
Overall I am really disappointed with sky broadband .

Re: Broadband terrible
@Pgirl Try running the other test linked below see if the second stage allows you to get an Engineer booked if you have a bad line!
Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.
If you’re still having problems you may need to call Sky to report it. Dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline (if it’s still working).
