Broadband dropping out since downgraded tv

Since downgrading TV package last week my Broadband constantly dropping out..

can't run test on app as it says I don't hav BB with you!!!

@ChinablagAre you able to call Sky and report this fault? This can be done by dialing 150 on your landline. Ignore the prompts to send you back here.
