Broadband down

Broadband band not working

No WiFi

WiFi has gone down, but Sky say there are no issues.

No WiFi

WIFi cut out and now I've got continous orange lights on the second and forth lights on the hub. Ran a test and according to that there was no problems with anything, even though I have no WiFi. Any suggestions why?

Reset my broadband 5 times but still amber light

I reset my WiFi about 5 times but it's still jus showing an amber light even held it for over 10 seconds  and yes I checked all the cables are plugged in , it's jus showing an amber light on the internet

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

No internet light voice light orange

My internet was working fine until about an hour ago, when it just dropped out for no reason. and as I have sky glass this now means nothing is working. 
I have reset the hub numerous times but nothing is working! 

the voice light is orange and there is no light for internet.

@LR231  At this time of night it may well be maintenance carried out by Openreach.

 

In such cases or where there's a fault resetting your hub is a pointless exercise.

 

First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Pure joke sky fibre.  Orange far right light on router.  Then just there home phone line pinged.  Now error on catch up Tv.  But this dumb app showing everything as working. 
can't wait to leave these idiots.

Thanks for these but I already tried all of them with no luck! Still have no internet light and reset the router numerous times as that's all the troubleshooting is telling me to do. 

everything says that the connection is fine with no faults so I don't know what is happening

It's so annoying that the broadband checker says there's no issues when there clearly is if it's more than one person with the same issues!
