Hey,
I live in London W3 and my broadband has been down for more than a day, does anyone know how to get help please? Is anyone else experiencing this?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@londonw3 run the connection test in the My Sky app which works over a mobile connection. That will tell you what is known.
