Broadband down more than 24 hours

Hey,

 

I live in London W3 and my broadband has been down for more than a day, does anyone know how to get help please? Is anyone else experiencing this?

@londonw3 run the connection test in the My Sky app which works over a mobile connection. That will tell you what is known.

Thanks, I am attaching 2 screenshots from the app, it only says that I have experiencing issues since yesterday morning:

Pretty conclusive that there's an infrastructure issue which extends beyond affecting just your own property.  Unfortunately you can only wait for whatever it is to be resolved.
