Anyone having issues with Sky broadband in Limerick

Broadband down? Gone at least 2 hours in Limerick

Likewise have had it down for the last two hours in Limerick. Have done the usual diagnostics, of course, no change. Is there an official status page where we can expect updates on this from Sky, if it's not back tomorrow morning?

Same here, down 2+ hours in Limerick

Yep has been down since around 9pm out in Castletroy.
Help section just directs to call phone support but they're not available until the morning.

I guess I've no option but to book and pay for hotdesking tomorrow. Can't really depend on this getting sorted.

There's no official support from sky no technical team sending emails out to any customers that there's a fault on the line and ya wonder why people are disconnecting from sky, people work from home need the broadband working, alot of people are very annoyed with this, needs to get sorted fast we are paying for this service monthly.

Internet down here in limerick also. Disappointed no update as to when it will be back in operation for those working from home tomorrow

Internet down in Limerick is this being looked at to fix and is there an estimated time. This has been down since around 9 yesterday evening and there should be some ETA from Sky by now.

For those posting for the first time, we are fellow customers on here trying to help other customers. You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services.

If the Broadband is still out this morning it may be worth contacting Sky Ireland and reporting the issue. As Sky Broadband is a domestic service no priority is given for customers wfh.
