Got thru to the help centre, said it is a major break in the fibre network affecting the area and he didn't know how long it would be down for but they are working on it

Hi,

 

I'm in Limerick also with no BB since approx. 3.30pm yesterday. Would anybody have a number to report the fault to. The usual numbers don't seem to be working. Thanks.

I have moved your post into a thread already discussing this. It appears that it's an outage that Sky (and perhaps other isp's) are aware of and the relevant repairs are in hand.
