Broadband delayed Under One Touch Switch
I have just had my FTTP broadband delayed. As this is under the new "One Touch" does anyone know if Sky will ensure continuation from my previous supplier (VM) until the new date or do I have to get involved? Also, who will pay VM for the extra service provision?

@Greytide17 I would get in touch with Virgin if you need to ensure continuation of their service until Openreach can complete whatever work is causing the delayed provision, in regards to who pays Virgin for that extra provision that will be you.

Re: Broadband delayed Under One Touch Switch
Having done some digging with the help of a very helpful Sky guy, it seems that, under the "One Touch" Sky and Virgin will ensure continuation of service without my intervention. I just hope it works as it should!

In theory as of last week the extension of one-touch to Virgin and the FTTP altnets should remove the need for a customer to do that.
