Everyday my broadband connection to all my devices drops between 8-10 times. Sometimes it fixes itself but most of the time it requires a router re start. The lights on the router will be amber and sometimes flashing. The sky app is showing no problems. On our devices it asks for the connection to be re authenticatied. I've had two engineers out that have replaced the micro filter and apparently fixed an external issue but the problem is still happening. It's becoming really frustrating and I dont know what else to do. It doesn't help that I have one of the older routers and sky wont send me a new one. Does anyone have any ideas please?
