The wifi is iffy in the house at times but as soon as i step out the house it’s awful?

My Wifi can be a bit hit and miss in the house but as doon as i step out the front or back doir its awful. I lose signal straight away.  I mean a few feet away not meters.  Is there snything i csn do to boost the signal to cover aroundvthr house up to about 15 feet / 5 meters?

Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these.

Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.

Note that outside areas and external buildings are specifically excluded from the Guarantees, and Sky won't loan hardware where the customer is trying to cover them.

Many thanks for the reply, I should have said I have sky glass with two pucks, plus I have a booster  upstairs', I have the WiFi guarantee  in my package plus the ultra WiFi.

Unlike Sky Q, Glass and Steam hardware has no hotspot functionality, and Sky won't loan boosters to help them connect.

You can potentially claim under the WiFi Guarantee for indoor areas, but not for anywhere outside.
