Broadband constantly dropping

My broadband connection constantly drops in and out many multiple times per day. The simple routine fixes are of no help. There is clearly a problem dispite the Sky service checker informing everything is working. Please fix the issues.

My broadband keeps buffering too but service check advises everything looks good. Error code coming up on now app is SHAKA_ERROR_1003.MAIN_CONTENT.  Also been happening over the last couple of weeks while watching Netflix. I have super fast broadband, sky q and a booster. Really annoying and worrying as I work from home a lot
