Broadband dropping

I am trying to work from home and my internet keeps dropping.  Pls could you look into this and fix it

Same here but sky are telling me there are no issues 🤣🤣🤣 but i cannot work

I am also trying to work from home but it keeps dropping and nothing is loading so I currently can't do any work!!!
