No Wi-Fi

My Wi-Fi isn't working - the green light for internet is off

I've tried to the online diagnostic but I don't seem to have a pre filtered phone socket just a round disc on the wall which means I can't plug the DSL cable

please Help 😩

That's confusing.  Are you saying there's previously been a working connection,?

The 'round disk' is typically a cover plate for a hole in a wall, often associated with FTTP, and as such has nothing to do with either a DSL cable or troubleshooting a broadband connection.
