Broadband box not received
My Sky broadband is supposed to be activated toady and I havent received the box. No email either saying it was dispatched.

No, it isn't showing any order, but I am being billed from today by sky.

Have you switched to sky or are you already with sky
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

I am already with sky mobile and have switched from BT for the broadband. BT has confirmed they are terminating service today.

Have you received an sms confirming your broadand has been activated ?
Was your activation done remotely or where you expecting a remote activation?
At this time it would be quicker to call sky although we can escalate this directly to sky to save you the hassle
