Annoying as hell paying for the highest internet package and the thing cannot even run a proper hd movie at the moment, went up and down all last night then today its even worse, virgin was never this bad

Otherwise run the full connection test in the My Sky app as thst can offer to book an engineer if it picks up a fault and give help,on wifi performabce in your home.
