Hi there I think my broadband is falling below my minimum speed guarantee. How do I submit a claim to sky?

Could you also run the broadband test, when it completes can you please click on " Tell me more about my connection ". This will show you the speed you are supposed to get between and your minimum and also your current speed.
Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
