Broadband and ZScaler issues

Hi, 

 

Posted this yesterday but it seems to have been taken down for some reason? 

I'm having major issues with my work laptop at home, and I believe it is because I have ZScaler installed on my laptop. 

I've seen a couple of other people reporting the same issue on here and it seems like MAP-T needs to be disabled by Sky's network team for my connection. 

How do I go about this?

Thanks, I tried that form yesterday but it wouldn't work because it needed an email field which isn't present. It's no longer asking for that now and is working.
