Broadband Speed

Hi, my broadband speed is constantly changing.... early January it was 10Mbps for four to five days and then the whole of January it was nearly 40Mbps. Now the past few days it's been 12/13Mbps. It's annoying as to why it isn't consistent especially when people are working from home and other devices are being used etc in the house.

Your stats are showing a good speed at the minute.  The speed in your first image do tend to be different usually due to different measurement mehods and from time to time can show you as below he guarantee. . Nevertheless i would advise you to contact sky

Unfortunately FTTC, particularly when running over dodgy copper, just isn't particularly reliable or consistent.
