Internet/ phone line issues

Hello,

 

I would like to request an engineer to comes out and check our line.

We are consistently getting messages from the self service support from the router saying there is an issue. The only thing I can do is unplug the micro filter and wait. I am having to do this at least once or twice a day. 

 

When it is working I am getting 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speeds.

 

If someone can come out and take a look that would be great.

@Nikki75  You're not contacting Sky customer services, nor would they be able to send anyone out on the back of a community post, no one on the community or at Sky would know who you are or any of your details.

 

First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
