Not working here in Oldbury, West Midlands either. Been down for over an hour. Same old crappy info on Sky website, completely out of date and incapable of reacting to real time outage updates. Think I've finally had enough of Sky.

My hub is orange for the Internet. I've tried turning it off & on again, doing all of the step by step troubleshooting, but to no avail.

went off around 4:45 - all online checks and sky service status checks say no issues

No, been on hold for almost half an hour so far. They said 40min waits when I joined the queue... We will see. You'd think by now there would be some troubleshooting or general messaging available with updates.
