My broadband is down. After 30 minutes of the system not working, but telling me it was fine, it then told me that there was a problem in my area. The virtual assistant couldn't help, so it suggested I rang SKY. I waited for an operator to answer for an hour and then gave up. I went back to the virtual assistant to complain, but the complaints mechanism isn't working either. Any suggestions on what else I can do?

I was told engineer could come out 2nd Sept. Very helpful !!!!

Don't need an engineer if it's area wide. Just need it sorted quick so I can do my work!!

The green light is on buy I have no Internet connection so cannot use any apps on my TV. Very weird

I've just come back online. The helpline said 30k+ affected in the region, it's being worked on and should be resolved tonight/tomorrow morning. The website still isn't showing updates, I suggested they flag that to their internal tech people so we all didn't have to phone!

B44 not allowing me to use Internet on my TV!? Can use it to browse on my phone and my kid can play his games now. But not on my TV???
