The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Lost internet in B65, sky broadband checker also reporting as unavailable

If you are in the Birmingham area then there appears to be an outages as this forum is being flooded by posts from others with the same issue.

There appears to be an outages in the Birmingham area at present.

 

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:

Tried all tests. Still no internet.

Wifi not working

Wifi not working in Birmingham. Was watching tv and it just dropped out suddenly.


I have carried out testing on Sky site, they say no issue. There clearly is because others are reporting the same issue.

 

Please can this be resolved as soon as possible.
