It's not only Sky that's not working. My son has OFNL in Gloucester and that's down as well. It's a huge outage causing issues for other broadband providers problems not only Sky

Sky Broadband outage here in Cheltenham too. GL52 since sometime after 20:00. 

Is there a phone number to call to find out more about the outage? What happened? Does anyone know?

Not sure what area that is, but internet and phone both down here in Stroud, Gloucestershire, since about 9.30pm (Saturday).

@7J  Sky will onky tell you what has already been posted, there is an outage, they will have no insight into what has caused it or how log ti will take to fix, you'd literally be wasting your time calling.

Perhaps this storm that the country is experiencing has played a part?

Same here in wr5 Worcester and my teenager is driving me mad about the figgin internet you'd think she was having a break down . Sky do you have any idea how you have ruined my Saturday night . She's going mad here . I can't have 5 minutes of peace

Yeah the internet been down for our area as well for the last few hours now and it still has not returned im also having problems with Mobile data as well with sky

Funny it's only sky that's down as any other provider using open reach network is fine BT amongst others. Worst mistake I ever made moving from them to sky, they advertise as being the most reliable yet they've been nothing but a problem since moving. Been down over 4 hours at this point. Unacceptable really
