I jusy started a post asking sky staff to update us as its basic customer service. Guess what - VERY promptly deleted. So to me it seems they are monitoring the chats if they can delete my post asking for updates to be provided for customers experiencing what seems to be a large outage
This is so poor i cant even. I wouldnt be surprised if this comment gets deleted too

UPDATE.
my Sky hub has now turned white (on it's own, after flashing green for the last 2 hours).
WiFi now seems to be working. Hopefully it is just a case of hanging tight and yours should be back up and running like mine.
