So everything looked good up until Friday when OpenReach came and said they couldn't install because of the working height, and bolts and scaffolding would be needed, and after 30 minutes trying to work out where to put the installation in the house the engineer talked me into not doing anything until openreach could sort out the exterior cabling to the building and then into the property. But as I have no order showing when logged in and no followups I am stuck. Is there a way to get the order to show up? Is there a chat? I hate wasting time on call queues.

When Openreach decide a specialist team is required there is often a significant delay in waiting for their availability, they also then like to just turn up unannounced and do the work.
