The is a problem with the home setup for devices

We had an engineer visit yesterday, provided 2 new sky Q mini boxes. All looked fine - but from last night having major issues. Devices not connecting. Check has been run & it is saying there is a problem with the home setup

@Ollie2507 I would suggest getting Sky to send the engineer back as the addition of Sky Q minis should have improved the wifi rather than the opposite as the boxes act as wifi extenders with Sky broadband. If however you have a different isp you could have interference between the Sky wifi signals and the signal from your router. 

I can see that your post has been escalated to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

Adding 2 new mini boxes could cause major WiFi issues if they are not connecting properly e.g. on the edge of the range of your Sky hub. If you unplug them does your WiFi return to how it was before?
