Mistakenly put the returning box and label in the bin

I wanna return the old router to sky but mistakenly put the returning box and label at the bin , could I have another box and label? There is any other way to return it , thank you @RAS

@Cabeleireiro73  I'm not sure why you've tagged a Forum member in your post as no one here can send you a returns box or label.
