Broadband Issues

I have been having broadband issues for the past few months now. Im constantly dropping bellow 15mbps even though i have a garrantee of over 60. I was told it could he due to the amount of devises. However when even only one devise is connected, im still only reaching a download speed of 8mbps on my computer.

For the black hub, login is User= Admin and password = the wifi password printed on the Hub label.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
