Picture pixilation
Open reach found a problem with the signal and changed my master socket to fix the problem but that has not solved the issue with pixilation of the picture on my tv. Any suggestions as to getting Sky to fix this? I have booked an engineer for tomorrow but just received a text to say it's fixed when it patently isn't!

Unless you have Glass/stream live TV is delivered over satellite, is this what you have?
How is the TV connected to your router? is it over wifi?
Can you open netflix on the affected TV and go to Get Help, run the connection test, it should return the speed you are getting.
