Connected devices not showing in app test

None of my connected devices are shown on the WiFi test, only the Sky HD box? The last month I've had a phone & computer connected that I didn't recognise then my cctv disappeared even though it's connected & now this? I've reset everything, no luck.

@LHxx if the devices are working properly I wouldn't worry about them not showing up in the test. I suspect it is to do with the way the test queries the hub which has been flaky in the past.
