The box that was put in about a mouth ago... There is olny 3 lights on... The 2nd from the left is out... What can be dun about it ... If you can                                         Thank you

We don't know which hub you were issued with. The below link explains the lights on the various hubs

@Georhoward1 There is names and letters under the lights for you to also read, run the service checker on a mobile device to see what it reports in case there is an area wide network issue that sky do know about.
