Broadand ghz split

My fibre broadband is set at 5ghz but I need access to 2.4ghz to check my solar panel status.  How can I set this up?

Split Sky WiFi bands

We have the Max hub and have looked at those instructions and couldn't do anything.  When going onto the MySky app we were going round in circles getting nowhere.

@Quigs71 Welcome to the world and the pain off sky Max, will link below about that one, so BE VERY careful what you do, and just switch off the 5Ghz band ONLY from the instructions..... Once you have done, looked and are happy then turn the 5Ghz back ON....
