BroadBand down 2 green 1 orange 1 off

I've tried following all instructions, including unplugging, restarting, unplugging from the phone sockets etc but nothing is working. 

Green - Power

Off - Internet 

Green - WiFi (no devices are finding it)

Orange - Phone

 

Is there a national black out?

@PERC  Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Hi, I've done that and everytime it has said that everything looks good, there is no damage to the box, wires or sockets. It just seems like there is no connection, it's been a common but sporadic issue but this is the longest it has stopped working for so far.

There's a outage, I've just looked it up, I thought it was me, everything was fine, I did the test and didn't work

Thank you! I've been going round in circles to see if that's the case but other than the post's on here I haven't seen anything!

Exactly the same here, so infuriating when sky checks say no problems but no connection!! We have fibre so also no landline, not good enough and made worse when they lie

*UPDATE*

 

I've spoken to Sky as my internet is still down and have been told there is no issue locally or nationally and that it is an issue with my Open Reach Box and an engineer will be sent out with in 72 hours more than likely Tuesday maybe Wednesday.

 

This leaves me paying for broadband I can't use, TV I can't use, Amazon products I can't use, and unable to access my Uni work and kids homework without paying £60 or more for enough data for a WiFi hotspot for 2 days at least, nearly double my internet bill for the month.
