How do I contact sky?! I've had no internet for 3 days now and need to work from home!

@Tasha951  Are all the lights on or off on your hub?  have you rant the test here https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

 

Once you report terh fault you need to be aware the SLA is 2 working days to fix from the date of reporting it.  Working from home gives this no priority.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
