Discussion topic: Box fitted on the outside of my house has been knocked into and some of the wires severed.

Box fitted on the outside of my house has been knocked into and some of the wires severed.
I've tried phoning & emailing Sky and none of the options by phone or email are relevant to me and I'm not getting anywhere. Being put through to someone on the phone is not an option. I don't know what else to do???

Why not? Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
