Blink camera issue

I am having problems with Blink camera disconnecting or not activating   I upgraded to sky ultimate fibre 150 and no problems until this last week.    Blink has told me to ask sky and provided a link

does anyone know what to do.    Who to ask in Sky etc

@Steveh90  Can you try and split the Wi-Fi frequencies please to see and put the blink camera on the 2.4GHz only.
