Billed for late return
I upgraded SKY broadband but forgot to return the old router.
The return was made 2 weeks after the due date and SKY has charged me for equipment.
Is it possible to request a refund.
I do have proof of postage.

Keep an eye out for an red and blue chat bubble. When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
