Awaiting broadband hub

Hi Sky

i am due to have an engineer visit on 10th April and received my sky stream puck on 2nd April but am still awaiting the broadband hub and the online system shows 'awaiting despatch'

could you please confirm this is scheduled to arrive before the engineer visit - or will the engineer bring with them ?

Thanks for your reply. Mi have now received a change of installation date from Sky 

It was 10/4 now 16/4 

Fingers crossed it will happen !
