Broadband issue

Sky checker says fine, can watch streaming apps and recorded programmes but cannot get any TV channels and not recording

@Diane017  Which TV Box do you have?   Sky Q or Sky Stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
