Been promised a sky router for last 5 weeks
Still not received. How can you state my full fibre broadband is activated when I can't actually use it!

I've been waiting on new router compatible with full fibre to be sent to me. Still waiting 5 weeks later. Now you state, i have full fibre? How? I can't use it.

Just had an email activation today? How can I pay for something that I can't use? No router!

What does it say in my orders on your my sky app
The sky q hub er115 should still work for broadband but not sky internet calls. Just plug the ethernet from the ont fibre box to the wan 2 port on the sky hub
