Recently had fibre optic installed. Sky Glass saying no connection to broadband but checked on you
Sky Glass showing no internet but checked on your site which tells me we have connection. Really annoyed at this as we've just upgraded to fibre as we kept getting the same message. Also phones dtill using wifi so please advise?
