Sky support you are useless - I just spoke to you and now you're sending an engineer to my property, got to wait a whole week. Get your act together!!! Can anyone recommend a better broadband provider (. I have my sky broadband cancelled unless this issue gets fixed before)

Just came upon this thread as my father in law had all 3 HomePod minis stop working at the same time a few days ago. They work on my sky network but not his. Is there anything I need to do to his router to 'roll' it back to a version that works? If so, what are the steps or is it just a case of waiting. Frustrating if this has been going on for a while, yet his have only just stopped functioning recently - suggests faulty router firmware is still being released?

Same issue here. HomePod and minis have stopped connecting to sky broadband for several week. Rebooted / reset both HomePods and router with no luck. Please sort this out.

Same issue here. My HomePod mini stopped working a few days ago, although strangely my
main HomePod appears to be ok.
Apple seem to be pretty baffled so I'm glad I found this thread.

My HomePod mini connected again the other day. Not sure if I got a firmware update or something but seems to be okay now.

Mine was working again this morning after I rebooted the boaster in the kitchen.Coincidence or now fixed? Question, How do I see the sortware version my router is using, you guys are mentioning in some posts?

Found how to see software, thank you Mr. Google 😊 Anyway, I hope this is now stable, fixed and our minis now work as before.
