@KevNewMedia - have just reset the hub back to original SSID and password etc and still no joy unfortunately. Have then split into two separate 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz networks and homepod is still unable to join Wi-Fi. Thanks for escalating this to support. Nick

Thank you for your patience whilst we work through this problem.
Can I ask for some more information, please?
What version/year of HomePod are you all using (ie HomePod Mini 2021)?

@KevNewMedia It is disappointing this issue is taking so long to resolve. There seems to have been a transient fix a couple of days ago but the issue has recurred. I have 3 HomePod minis. The software is up to date. I have spoken to Apple they have confirmed this is not a hardware or software issue with the HomePods. Sky customer service has been unhelpful when I have attempted to contact them.

I'm so sorry to hear of your experience @RT4
What model of HomePod/s are you using?

Looks like this is happening to me too.
My two Homepods disconnected yesterday (14th Dec) and neither will connect to my Sky Fibre wifi, which is running firmware 7.03.0400.R
Both are 2023 homepods and have been working fine until last night. I've updated my software on all other Apple devices but the homepods are not able to update and will not connect to wifi.
All of my other devices and Sky boxes are connecting to wifi with no other issues.
